MARS Wrigley remembered several gummy candies because of the possibility of thin metal shards in the candies and pouches.
The company voluntarily recalled the gummies in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Skittle Gummies, Starburst Gummies and Life Saver gummies are among those that were recalled, CNN reports.
The recall came after customer complaints, but the company said in a statement it is not aware of any illness or injury caused by the metal strands.
Mars Wrigley said they don’t know how many bags of candy may have been affected.
“We are working closely with our retail partners to remove all potentially affected products from stores,” a Mars Wrigley Canada spokesperson said in a statement to CNN Business.
