Royal Christmas: Charles and Camilla invite surprise guests to join them for Christmas at Sandringham

Queen Camilla’s children are invited to participate Royal family for Christmas in Sandringham for the first time since the couple got married.

Camilla, 75, is the mother of Tom Parker Bowles, 47, and Laura Lopes, 44, her children from her marriage to Andrew Parker Bowles, which ended in 1995.

The Queen Consort and King Charles were married in 2005, but her children were never invited join the royals for the holiday season.

Queen Elizabeth died on September 8, while King Charles ascended the British throne. This is the first year at the helm of the Royal Family and Charles and Camilla’s first year as hosts at Sandringham for the holidays.

That’s what a royal source said The sun that Camilla “is keen for her family to be in the heart of Christmas,” especially since Harry and Meghan won’t be attending.

Former royal butler Grant Harrold, who worked for the king and Camilla for seven years, told The Mirror it will be an emotional time for the family.

“I think it will be very emotional for them this year and I have no doubt there will be tears the day or the night before because they will remember her,” he shared. The mirror.

“But I’m sure it will also be a fun time for the youngsters and it will continue as the Queen would have liked.”

It is expected to be an emotional time for the royals as they celebrate their first Christmas without Her Majesty.

While Harry and Meghan are expected to celebrate Christmas in California, it is believed they will be invited to King Charles’s coronation on May 6, 2023, despite the airing of their Netflix series Harry and Megan in which they spoke of this dissatisfaction with their treatment by the monarchy and the British era during their time as senior working royals.
