Krissy Marsh, the star of Real Housewives of Sydney, and her husband John Marsh, a property developer, have put their Dover Heights home up for sale following their $30 million purchase in Double Bay.
Alex Lyons of Raine and Horne Double Bay and Elliott Placks of Ray White Double Bay are not citing a guide to an upcoming auction at this stage, although they are reportedly interested in the $10.5 million to $11 million range.
The market has improved significantly since 2017, when the luxury six-bedroom home at 35 Military Rd failed to sell on an $8 million guideline.
And the couple has made a series of improvements since then.

The Wentworth Courier exclusively revealed on June 3 that they had purchased the long-preserved family home of former Magellan director Hamish Douglass and jewelry designer Sybella Morris on Pinehill Ave in Double Bay.

It also has six bedrooms, but is located on a larger 2,300 sqm block with a swimming pool.
Although it is on a smaller, low-maintenance 556 sqm block, the current home of the Marsh family also has a swimming pool, two BBQs and resort-style gardens.
The architect-designed residence offers indoor-outdoor living with multiple private spaces to relax and entertain, along with ocean views and a panorama of the city.
