Queen Elizabeth Platinum Jubilee 2022: Princess Eugenie’s Son August Brooksbank Makes Royal Debut

Princess Eugenie‘s son made his royal debut on Sunday at the Platinum Anniversary procession.

The 16-month-old was one of the members of Queen Elizabeth‘s family in the royal box who saw the procession coming in front of Buckingham Palace.

After her grandmother’s parade and second balcony appearance, the mother-of-one shared photos of her son’s face social media For the first time.

“The Platinum Jubilee Pageant was just incredible,” Princess Eugenie captioned the photos.

“To all the people who participated, organized it, made it flawless for all of us, THANK YOU. You made us all so proud.”

At the end of the series of photos of August enjoying the People’s Pageant in the arms of his father Jack Brooksbank, Princess Eugenie also added a video for fans.

It showed the tiny tot mesmerized listening to Ed Sheeran sing onstage and the royal mother could also be heard in the background of the clip.

August was dressed in a patriotic Union Jack sweater for the afternoon outing.

The 16-year-old wasn’t the only one to make their royal debut – Princess Beatrice’s stepson Wolfie, six, also attended the pageant.

He was seen arriving at the royal box holding the hand of his father Edo Mapelli-Mozzi.

However, his eight-month-old baby sister Sienna was not present at the event, ending the four-day weekend platinum anniversary celebrations.

Also not in the royal box was Lucas Tindall, 15 months, who was not seen with his older sisters Mia and Lena and their parents Mike and Zara.

Earlier in the days, Princess Eugenie and her sister took part in the rare joint engagement at Paddington Recreation Ground.

They met with local volunteers and community groups helping during the COVID-19 pandemic, and participated in activities such as lawn bowls and spinning signs.

The daughters of the Duke and Duchess of York, who are the granddaughters of the Queen, dressed in complementary blue and maroon maxi dresses for the outing.
