Putin looks at Russia’s first nuclear exercise since invasion of Ukraine

Following the comments, EU foreign policy head Josep Borrell told the BBC that “it is a dangerous time [in the war] because the Russian army has been pushed into a corner and Putin’s response – threatening nuclear weapons – is very bad”.
