Political struggle ‘heat’ in the seat of Kooyong

Sky News Reporter Simon Love says the political battle in Melbourne is “heating up” as the battle for Kooyong’s seat tightens.

Some of Treasurer Josh Frydenberg’s political ads were recently “removed” from a building in the electorate, according to Mr Love.

“It is my understanding that the Frydenberg campaign was informed by the building manager that they did not have the proper permission to put that casing on the building,” he said.

Mr Love also pointed out that independent candidate Monique Ryan’s camp had placed a mural on a prominent pub that had also been “painted over” amid a tiff with the construction manager over permissions.
