Mystery surrounding the arrival of film crews in the city with filming taking place at Portsmouth Naval Base

Production vans supplied by ADF, specializing in makeup trailers and offices, have camped in a parking lot at the Lakeside North Harbor location in Cosham, where they will remain until Saturday (May 14).

The convoy – which also houses a catering van – acts as a hub for location filming at the naval base further south in Portsea.

Crew members at the Lakeside site said: The news the project was titled My Mother’s Wedding – although codenames or working titles are often used in film and television while the work is underway.

In response to a question from The newssaid a Royal Navy spokeswoman: “For commercial reasons it would be inappropriate to comment.”
