Royals: Lizzie Cundy tears up her Meghan Markle mask

Ex-WAG Lizzie Cundy was thrown off a TV set after tearing up ex-boyfriend Meghan Markle’s mask, declaring, “No more royal.”

Lizzie, 54, appeared on James Whale’s Talk TVs when she interrupted a clip to rip open the mask and jibe.

Jason Cundy’s former wife was singing Land of Hope and Glory, with Su Pollard, when it was crashed into by a man wearing a Duchess of Sussex facemask.

Host James expressed his annoyance at the joke, after which Lizzie walked over to him, took the gatecrasher’s mask off and tore it up.

She said, “No no no royal! No more royal!”

Radio host James seemed shocked and asked, “No, what are you doing?”

He watched as Lizzie shredded the offending item and yelled, “Out, you both out!

Lizzie walked off the set as James sat back down. He looked at the camera and said, “I’m so sorry and ashamed, Your Majesty.

“I won’t let them in anymore. This is Talk Television and the James Whale show.”

Meghan and husband Harry, now living in the US, returned to the UK this weekend to celebrate the Queen’s platinum anniversary.

While watching the Trooping the Color, the pair were seen playfully chatting to some royal children, including Savannah and Isla Phillips and Mia and Lena Tindall, to be quiet as they watched the parade at Horse Guards Parade.

Meghan looked elegant in a navy blue dress and a large hat as Princess Beatrice’s husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi looked on. Meanwhile, footage showed both Harry and Meghan chatting with the Queen’s cousin, the Duke of Kent.

However, the pair later failed to appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony for the RAF fly pass after the Queen decided that only working royals were allowed to appear.

The couple also attended the National Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Lizzie shared her thoughts on Meghan’s return for the four-day weekend.

She said: “I know the palace is very concerned, they are more concerned about her than Andrew because they are concerned about what will be said.

“They worry about what will be used in interviews or in the memoir.”
