Showing off his impressive weight loss journey, Jordan Bango told fans he is still shocked looking back on his transformation.

The Diversity dancer, 29, took to Instagram to share some before-and-after photos of himself, explaining how getting his “good mindset” helped him achieve his current physique.

Jordan’s social media update comes just days after the new co-presenter of BBC’s Eat Well For Less revealed he once feared for his future with Diversity following their Britain’s Got Talent win in 2009, after doctors told the then-teen that he was was ‘morbidly obese’. †

In the photo shared Friday with his 550,000 followers, Jordan can at once be seen taller than he is today — with the second image in the side-by-side post showing off his current svelte look.

“I’m still shocked when I see this,” the dancer began in his reflective caption.

“A lot less dancing, no diet structure and a lack of motivation had me the way I was in the first picture! But getting the right mindset and having a focus that set me up for the tour got me where I am today.”

He added: “Random, I know, but I thought I’d share because looking at those pictures side by side just gave me a shock.”

“Beautiful bro,” said former X Factor contestant Jack Quickenden under the impressive update, while boxing promoter Eddie Hearn wrote: “Easy to do mate! Congratulations on your return!”

Reality TV star Rykard Jenkins pointed out that the star looked good in the ‘before’ photo, telling Jordan, “You look on the left, though bro, but more life anyway.”

Earlier this month, Jordan opened up about his health scares at the age of 16, shortly after his dance troupe Diversity was crowned champions of Britain’s Got Talent 13 years ago.

Speaking to MyLondon, the presenter explained how all the members of the dance troupe would have “medicines and stuff” after finding fame on the ITV show.

“We had to have medical exams and stuff, and when the doctor tells you at 16 that you’re a teenager, your confidence is kind of over the counter anyway. It’s like, ‘Look, I’m going right with you,'” he remembered .

“When you hear it as a medical term, it gets even scarier: ‘Look, you’re sickly obese, you either start making some serious lifestyle changes or you start having serious health problems.’ You hear that at 16 and it is like ‘Woah’.”

Jordan went on to explain how his career motivated him to lose weight, not aesthetic reasons.

“It was about being in a happier, healthier place for me and that’s what kick-started it,” he added, discussing his lifestyle changes from more than a decade ago.

Jordan is currently back on tour with Diversity on their Connected 2022 tour, alongside the recently announced new co-host of BBC’s Eat Well For Less.
