Harmful winds ravage southeastern Queensland

Sky News reporter Clare Todhunter says strong winds in southeastern Queensland have wreaked havoc in the region.

“The weather bureau warned that these wind gusts in excess of 90 kilometers per hour could really bring down these trees and power lines, especially because of all the rain we’ve already seen in Queensland this year,” she said.

“We’ve already seen some trees crash on power lines in Brisbane today.”
