Fire burns in occupied commercial building in downtown LA

Crews fight a fire at a downtown Los Angeles building Sunday afternoon, while some residents are still inside, according to officials.

Los Angeles fire crews arrived at the scene around 5:19 p.m. Sunday at 600 E. Agatha St. The building is a two-story building, with residences above one floor of commercial storefronts. LAFD believes some of the residents are still in the building.

Firefighters make holes in the roof of the building for ventilation, while firefighters and search and rescue teams enter the building.
