Evacuation convoy leaves for villages in Kherson Oblast

A convoy of buses and ambulances left Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on April 21 to attempt to evacuate three villages in Kherson Oblast. Footage of Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the Ukrainian military administration, shows the convoy of buses leaving for Vysokopillya in Kherson Oblast on April 21. Local media reported that the convoy departed from Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Vilkul told local media that Russian troops had promised a ceasefire and unimpeded passage through checkpoints on the route. Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said on Telegram that the convoy would pick up people from Vysokopillya, Novovoznesenske and Myroliubivka, all in Kherson oblast.
