Temperatures hover around 11 C at Edmonton Blatchford station early Saturday morning, with 5 mph winds blowing from the west.

There is something electric in the air, it has an orange and blue hue. A little comes under the old epidermis, an emergence of new life. Empowered, victorious over the storm, golden days within reach. What a time to be alive. What a time to cheer and cheer with all that you love. But enough about hockey. And yet the glow of the Oilers—enough to defeat an avalanche—leads us into the bosom of June, where the weather will also be swell.

Watch out for sun and clouds, a slight chance of rain late Saturday afternoon, with a high of 19 C. Then it will warm up, according to forecasters after our Oilers take the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals . weathered for 16 years. Now is the time. La Bamba!
