The TV star posed with one hand on her hip in the glamorous photo and gave the camera a sexy smile.

Chrissie recently denied that she attributed her weight loss to quitting alcohol.

She had previously talked about giving up alcohol and taking 10km daily walks to improve her physical and mental health during the lockdown.

“You say one thing and suddenly you’re the poster girl for that thing,” she said in the podcast The Weekend Briefing in April.

“I said very carefully, ‘I drank too much in lockdown and it wasn’t very good for my mental health, my anxiety was through the roof, so I gave up and it was a great decision for me’.”

Chrissie went on to say her comments were “misunderstood.”

She continued: “I never said that, I never talked about my body. I won’t talk about my body. My body is totally irrelevant.’

In February, Chrissie told The Australian Women’s Weekly that she had dumped alcohol and started walking every day when the Covid lockdowns began.

‘We couldn’t eat out, we couldn’t go to a friend’s house, they couldn’t come to us, we couldn’t go outside three miles. All we could do was walk, so that’s what I did,” she explained.

Chrissie started out walking only short distances, but her fitness steadily improved and now walks two hours a day.

The radio host also turned to meditation to improve her mental health during the lockdown.

In addition, Chrissie makes a lot of her own food and packs healthy snacks in a backpack when she goes out.

Last year, she shared the contents of her backpack, revealing that it contained gözleme, tuna rolls, sashimi, smoked salmon, apples, dill, iceberg lettuce and tomatoes on the vine.
