Southfield (CBS Detroit) – sen. Gary Peters appears on CBS 62’s “Michigan Matters” and talks about homeland security issues and most recently regarding the Jan. 6 committee hearings on the Washington uprising.

Appearing with Senior Producer/Host Carol Cain, Peters also talks about his support for military veterans and his bill to recognize 93 Vietnam-era servicemen who disappeared during the early days of that crisis.

Renee Worcester, of Wreaths Across America, also seems to be talking about their national educational mobile exhibit that stopped at CBS 62 studios when some great local veterans attended and talked about their time in service.
Then Mark Wallace, President/CEO of the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, seems to be drawing attention to some of the new parks about to open in Detroit and plenty of activities happening in the Motor City this summer.
