The return of live music to CedarCreek Estate Winery this summer will have a distinct East Coast flair.
The Summer Concert Series is back in CedarCreek, giving locals and visitors alike the chance to enjoy sweet music against the backdrop of a beautiful Okanagan sunset.
In the first concert, Tim Baker will perform on Wednesday, July 20, and in the second, Matt Andersen will take the stage on Wednesday, August 17.
“Tim Baker and Matt Andersen are both great artists,” says CedarCreek winemaker Taylor Whelan. “They’re Canadians on the coast of the Maritimes and there’s an undeniable authenticity to them that’s really refreshing.”
Baker is a Canadian singer-songwriter from St. John’s, NL, and the former lead singer of the indie rock band Hey Rosetta! Since embarking on his solo journey in 2019 with the award-winning solo debut album Forever Overhead, Baker has been busy creating music that harnesses the universal impact of recent years of social isolation.
Andersen is a Juno-nominated Canadian blues guitarist and singer-songwriter from Perth-Andover, NB, who does over 200 sold-out shows in North America and Europe each year. Throughout his career he has shared the stage with April Wine, Bo Diddley, Little Feat, Greg Allman, Serena Ryder and many more musicians of all genres.
Andersen’s winery show will bring together current fans and introduce new followers to his impressive voice and powerful music, including his ninth record, 2022 House to House.
There are three ways to enjoy the concerts:
• Music and wine includes two glasses of CedarCreek Estate wine, live music and a free shuttle.
• Music, Mezze & Wine: Two glasses of CedarCreek Estate wine, live music, Mediterranean-inspired mezze snack box prepared by Home Block Chef Neil Taylor and complimentary shuttle service.

“We are excited to welcome our community back for concerts this summer,” said guest experience manager Brynne Dickson. “The intimate nature of the open-air concert space and the beautiful sunsets here make this a unique experience not to be missed.”
