Case filed against Kapil Sharma for breach of contract

Sai USA Inc has filed a lawsuit against Kapil Sharma for breach of contract during his 2015 tour of North America.

According to Amit Jaitly, a well-known promoter of shows in America, these are six shows that Kapil Sharma signed and paid for in North America in 2015.

The actor, it is claimed by Jaitly, has not performed in any of the six cities he had promised and promised to make up for the loss. But Jaitly said: “He did not act and did not respond, although we tried several times to contact him in court.”

He further informed ETimes TV that the case is still pending in the New York court and that they will certainly take legal action against him. The actor is currently in Canada and is scheduled to perform in New York the second week of July.

Kapil left for Canada last month. He has already performed in Vancouver with his team including Krushna Abhishek, Rajiv Thakur, Chandan Prabhakar, Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakravarti. The cast of TKSS is now in Toronto for a new live show.

We also left a message to Kapil, there was no response from the comedian at the time of submitting this article.
