Celebrity guests have begun arriving at Britney Spears’ wedding to Sam Asghari, following a “scary” gatecrashing saga earlier in the day.
Celebrity guests have begun arriving at Britney Spears’ wedding to fiancé Sam Asghari.
The couple wed today in an intimate ceremony, surrounded by about 100 people, made up of friends and family, according to a report from TMZ.
Early guests include Donatella Versace, who designed Spears’ wedding dress, and Paris Hilton, who publicly supported Britney during her conservatorship battle.
Hilton was photographed getting out of a car wearing black sunglasses with sparkly frames, which matched the design of her floor-to-ceiling dress. Her husband, Carter Reum, was seen in the car next to her.
Meanwhile, Donatella wore a light blue ensemble, paired with an iconic gold Versace pendant necklace.
It comes after reports that hardly any of Spears’ immediate family will be present at her third wedding.
TMZ reported that Spears’ brother, Bryan, will be attending, but her parents and sister Jamie Lynn have not received invitations after their argument over her conservatorship battle.
Details on who would lead Britney, 40, down the aisle were still in talks when TMZ spoke to sources.
Britney’s wedding – and the highly selective guest list – made headlines earlier in the day after her first husband, Jason Alexander, tried to force the event.
Bizarre scenes played out on social media today as Alexander broke into the pop star’s home and live streamed his actions to shocked fans.
He was briefly married to Britney in 2004 after an impromptu ceremony in Las Vegas.

“Someone has already called the police,” wrote one follower who tuned in to the live stream.
“I’m so scared,” said another.
Alexander was heard arguing with an employee who repeatedly ordered him to leave. “Don’t put your hands on me – where’s Britney?” asked Alexander.
Alexander was eventually apprehended by police and photographed being tackled to the ground by a law enforcement officer.
Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, later confirmed that he had been taken into custody and arrested.
He’s not the only ex of Britney’s not to score an invite, and Kevin Federline, the father of her two children, is missing too. Britney’s sons Preston (16) and Jayden James (15) will also reportedly not be attending.
Federline’s attorney told Page Six, “The boys will not be attending the wedding.”
“They feel the focus for the day should be on Britney and Sam, and they are very happy that she is moving forward.”
Prior to the wedding, Spears shared a video of her and Asghari, 28, driving a Rolls-Royce showing off what appeared to be a bridal-themed manicure and glasses of champagne, Page Six reports.
In November, Spears revealed that Donatella Versace would design her wedding dress.
Personal trainer Asghari introduced to the intersection star at her home in September 2021 after dating for about five years.
The couple first formed a romantic bond after meeting on the singer’s set slumber party music video 2016
It took nearly “five months” to reconnect after her video recording, Spears said in a radio interview in 2017.
“I thought, ‘He was really cute, this guy was really cute,’ so I called him,” Spears recalled of digging up his phone number. “He’s just a really nice, funny person.”
“It was the humility that attracted me,” he said in a GQ interview in June.
“She was very humble and she had a beautiful soul.”
Britney revealed in April that she and Asghari were expecting their first child together.
Two weeks later, Britney told fans she had miscarried.
