BRITAIN’S Got Talent hosts are certainly not used to hearing the sound of booing when they’re on stage.
But that’s exactly what happened when they announced that one of the fan favorites was being dumped from the competition.

A chorus of boos and jeers broke out around the Apollo in Hammersmith last night as they revealed Mary P was leaving the match.
The 29-year-old rapper was a hit with the public after performing My Humps by Lizzo’s The Black Eyed Peas and Boys in the Mary Poppins style.
Dec Donnelly broke the bad news in the semifinals last night with the words, “Mary P…you’re going home.”
Then a chorus of loud cheers resounded for several seconds around Britain’s Got Talent auditorium, to which the hosts did not respond.

Dec continued: “So we only have two acts left” – with the final three acts Loren Allread, Five Star Boys and The Phantom.
The jury then chose to pack the Phantom – represented on stage by an empty chair.
Mary P took the rejection gracefully and smiled before her light turned red, meaning she’s off the show.
The booing of the crowd is not a new phenomenon on Britain’s Got Talent, although it is rarely aimed at Ant and Dec.
The judges are often the target of ridicule and jeers when they criticize popular acts.
Crowds at the West London theater also expressed their dismay as The Witches’ time on the show came to an end.
In the live shows, who goes and stays is decided by the audience voting for their favorites to stay.
When the winner is crowned, the judges will choose which of the two runners-up will perform in the final.
Last night that honor went to the young dance group Five Star Boys.
