Alongside his video of his win, Depp had posted the caption: “To all my most valued, loyal and unwavering supporters. We’ve been everywhere together, we’ve seen everything together.

“We have walked the same path together. We did the right thing together, all because you cared. And now we are all moving forward together.”

Depp won his multimillion-dollar US lawsuit against ex-wife Heard after a jury found her 2018 Washington Post article defamatory. The actor has been awarded $10 million in damages.

However, the jury also ruled in favor of Heard, who said she was defamed by Depp’s lawyer when he called her abuse allegations a hoax.

Separately, Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez was promoted to partner at her law firm following her performance in the actor’s multi-million dollar libel suit.

The company, Brown Rudnick, promoted Ms. Vasquez for her “key role” in the case.
