LILY Mo Sheen looked stunning at the LA premiere of her new movie The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent.
The 23-year-old actress plays Nicolas Cage’s daughter – who plays herself – in the highly anticipated action film.
Lily opted for a chic black suit, with a deep belted jacket and pencil pants, which she paired with silver-heeled mules.
Born into a family of playwrights and entertainers, she was inspired by her very famous parents to seek a career in acting.
Her father is Welsh actor and producer Michael Sheen, and her mother is English actress Kate Beckinsale.
Her parents were together between 1995 and 2003, but never married.
Her mother Kate later married director Len Wiseman in 2003.
She moved to Los Angeles with her mother and stepfather and attended Harvard-Westlak School.
After college, she attended New York University, where she received her bachelor’s degree.
Lily began dating actor David Schechter in 2019.
In The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, Hollywood A-lister Nicolas Cage plays a fictionalized version of himself in the film, which premieres April 22.
In the quirky action movie, a mobster (Pedro Pascal) pays Cage to attend his party.
Despite the star portraying a fictional version of herself, the film is just that: a fictional work and not based on Cage’s real life.
The actor was initially hesitant to sign on to the film, as his perception of the role was similar to what fans initially thought.
The star told The Hollywood Reporter, “I didn’t want to be a part of it.”
“But when I got Tom [Gormican’s] letter, then I thought, ‘Okay, he’s not just trying to make fun of the so-called Nic Cage – there’s real interest in some of the earlier work.'”
“I was also very responsive to the Nicky character, this younger version of myself.”
Cage added, “Fans have created this different persona that has a life of its own.”
“It’s like their Frankenstein’s monster, so I’m playing with that.”
Starring The Mandalorian himself Pedro Pascal, comedian Tiffany Haddish, How I Met You Mother’s Neil Patrick Harris, and Catastrophe’s Sharon Horgan.
