Mohammed Hilal Al Muhairi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Abdullah Al Dardari, resident representative of the United Nations Development Program in Afghanistan, and his accompanying delegation discussed opportunities to enhance economic cooperation with business and improving the trade environment in Afghanistan, developing exchanges and fostering communication between men, investors and entrepreneurs in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Afghanistan. The meeting, which was held in the chamber’s tower in Abu Dhabi, was attended by Hilal Mohammed Al Hamli, the chamber’s deputy director general. Mohammed Hilal Al Muhairi stressed that the Abu Dhabi Chamber is fully prepared to provide all available services and capabilities to advance the areas of economic cooperation with Afghanistan, thanks to the strong and good relations between the UAE and the Republic of Afghanistan, pointing to the Commitment by the Chamber to encourage such friendly meetings aimed at discussing mechanisms. Effective to enhance cooperation to serve interests and improve common areas of work. Abdullah Al-Dardari, for his part, praised the prominent role of the Abu Dhabi Chamber in supporting the business climate in Abu Dhabi, expressing his ambition to intensify the desired areas of cooperation with the business climate in Afghanistan and create opportunities for business partnerships of general interest and interest. The visiting delegation also discussed areas of cooperation and the efforts of the United Nations Development Program and its partner United Nations agencies to support the urgent basic humanitarian needs of the Afghan people.
