A hotline to answer questions about “generation schools”

The Emirates Foundation for School Education has set up a hotline (80037322)To respond to any questions about the “Ajyal Schools” project, interested parties can contact for information and details related to the project. The Foundation stressed the importance of the project, recently approved by the Council of Ministers, to develop the first cycle of the public education sector in 10 schools in the country, as it represents an important qualitative leap that will improve the educational process.

The Foundation indicated that the nature of the project necessitated the presence of some transfers between some teachers, in line with the requirements and objectives of the new model, and emphasized that these transfers will not affect the teaching and administrative staff of the Foundation, as some teachers will continue to teach the national curricula, and other teachers themselves will play the role of teaching teaching materials in other schools, filling vacancies and supporting the teaching team, without any impact or harm to them or their work situation.

The Foundation confirmed that the rights of the workers are fully reserved and that there is no effect or harm to the employees of the teaching and administrative staff, noting that no employee will be fired or the services of anyone laid off.

Pointing out that she is doing her best to meet the demands of all employees and look after their interests, she stressed that this important national project will not cause any harm to future generations.

The Foundation also noted that the government will bear all tuition costs, in line with the state’s approach to provide Emirati students at various levels of education with all resources.

The Foundation stated that the educational issue receives a lot of attention from the leadership, who are continuing with its guidelines to support the development of the national education system, and therefore the Foundation calls on all concerned to be directly guided by the relevant authorities and to be accurate in the dissemination of information and to extract it from the approved source, in order to avoid confusion, and emphasizes its commitment to its close cooperation with the various components of society to make progress in achieving its mission in accordance with the future ambitions of the state.
