Recent scientific studies have shown that a person who is fluent in more than two languages is less likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease than a person who is fluent in one language, as are those who follow a diet dependent on some foods such as such as figs and the use of olive oil, and some foods in the Mediterranean region.
