29 thousand students will take their twelfth exam tomorrow at 87 schools

Tomorrow (Monday), 295707 students from grades (12-3) in public and private schools applying the curriculum of the Ministry of Education will apply to sit the exams at the end of the current academic year, including
28,916 male and female students in the twelfth grade.
Twelfth grade students will take exams in 87 schools nationwide at the end of the current academic year in public and private schools applying the ministerial curriculum, according to the Emirates Foundation for School Education.
School boards emphasized the obligation to go to school half an hour before the time of the test, wear the school uniform, observe the precautions in the school and in the exam hall, and the need to wear a mask for the safety of everyone.
The administrations emphasized to all students the importance of carrying their ministerial computers with the charger during the exam period.

The Emirates School Education Foundation has identified five procedures for examining students of the People of Determination category, which are included in the Schools Exam Preparation Guide recently approved by the Foundation.
The procedures include that all exams for students of the category of people of determination in the grades of the fifth to the twelfth grade are administered electronically through realistic attendance in schools, and as for the exams for the third and fourth grade, they will be conducted on paper by realistic presence in schools, and the procedures also include that students with People of Determination who follow an individual education plan “adjustment” for the same central exam, which is prepared for the rest of the students, with the application of all the mentioned adaptations in the exam guide for determined people.
The guide clarified that determined students who follow an individual education plan “adjust the curriculum and exams” are evaluated electronically by subject teachers, in consultation with the special education teacher in the school, so that the exam is prepared according to the individual education plan, for the groups three up to eleven. In the twelfth grade, they sit for the central exam with the rest of the students, while meeting the needs stated for each student in the individual study plan approved in the Al-Manhal system, in addition to forming special committees for determined students in case their individual education plan dictates.
The Emirates Foundation for School Education has identified a package of violations that are prohibited for students in the end-of-school examinations, and according to evidence that schools are ready for the end-of-school examinations, including the use of mobile phones or electronic devices with audio and visual features, or leave these in the examination room, cheat or provide written material or group answers.
Violations included physical assault inside or outside the board of examiners, on the school grounds or on the outside areas surrounding the commission’s campus, or proved assaulted after the results were announced. It is also contrary to any student attempting to photograph the exam screen, electronically or on paper, using a mobile phone or electronic devices, or audio and video recordings, and do so in good faith or on purpose before or after the start of the exam on social media.
The institution said that creating digital communication groups for the purpose of publishing and distributing exam documents before the start of exams, or in good faith after, is an offense for which the student will be punished, while stressing the need to make the right decision for any violation by the school board if one of these exam violations is committed.
Violations include intentionally damaging an exam paper or computer, writing on a table or wall, intentionally sitting in a place other than the designated place without being asked, or performing any act or behavior that would disrupt order in the exam hall to cause chaos and others.
